• We visit your IT Company several times, talk to a large mass of your
  • Programmers,
  • Team Leaders,
  • Project Leaders and
  • Project Managers
• We figure out which engineering process (e.g. requirements analysis, coding, etc.) has more productivity leakages than others.
• Subsequently we propose you an Action Plan, with quantified targets at the end of each action.
